How to revoke BeanKeeper's access to your QuickBooks Online company at any time

You can disconnect from inside BeanKeeper, or from Intuit's side. Both stop our access — you don't need to contact us first, and there is no waiting period.

Disconnect from your BeanKeeper workspace

1. Sign in to your BeanKeeper workspace.
2. Open Connected accounting in the sidebar.
3. Choose Disconnect. The stored authorization is removed and automated access to your company ends immediately.

Disconnect from Intuit (QuickBooks side)

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a company administrator.
2. Go to Settings ⚙ → Manage apps (Apps), find BeanKeeper, and choose Disconnect.
3. Intuit revokes the authorization; the next time BeanKeeper tries to reach the company, access is refused.

What happens to your records

Disconnecting stops our automated access to your QuickBooks company. Records already saved in your BeanKeeper workspace stay there and are handled under the privacy policy and your service agreement. You can ask us to delete workspace information at any time — see your rights and choices.
